Kellyanne Conway blasted Thomas Roberts on Monday’s Fox and Friends, and gave a strong indication that the MSNBC anchor should lose his job over his “provoke a domestic terrorist attack” remark about President Donald Trump’s Tweets on Sunday.
“Does he have a job today?,” Conway wondered. “I mean, that is really over the top!” She later added, “When you hear things like that and people still keep their jobs, it’s truly remarkable.”
Anchor Ainsley Earhardt had played the statement from Roberts and asked for the Trump counselor’s reaction. The guest led her answer with her hinting job question, and continued by noting her appearance on NBC’s Today earlier in the morning.
“I was asked on the flagship show on NBC earlier today if the President should apologize to the mayor of London; and this man is suggesting…but I won’t repeat it because it’s so defamatory,” Conway said.
The 2016 campaign manager for Trump soon launched an attack on the media in general, and cited Reza Aslan and Kathy Griffin as examples.
